It was a perfect and exceptionally nice location for us, really close to many interesting shops, and the centre of Capri. Had good sleep at the standard room with balcony and seaview...

Everything is great, appreciated my time here. A classic double room with seaview has basic facilities you need. The breakfast is plentiful, and the location is magnificent just next door to Close to the centre of town as well as central shopping area on Capri.

This hotel has super friendly staff, amazing sea views, and everything about my stay was great, especially the superior double room with a terrace and a bath in the bathroom.

Great location. Superb balcony view. Comfortable bed. Very spacious. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Very affordable. I will stay here again.
Only complaint was that the shower was too small. Everything else - perfect.

The hotel location is fantastic 5 minutes from capri centre. Also very easy to go for all the fantastic scenic walks from here. However must go up a steep hill so not for those disliking exercise (most of capri is like this though). The room we booked was promoted as balcony sea view - so we assumed there will be a balcony. We were given a very small room with french doors only and sea view but no balcony. We complained to the owner and she was very accommodating and helpful and upgraded our room to the one with the terrace for no extra charge for 5/7 nights. The room we finally got was big and spacious with a very large balcony and fantastic panoramic views. Very basic furniture and tired bathroom. In terms of cleanliness the bathroom was not properly cleaned but the rest of the room was kept clean. The staff were fantastic very friendly and welcoming. Gave us as much coffee free of charge and even gave breakfast and cakes outside the 'breakfast time'. The cakes were very delicious and fresh every day and the coffee was the best I have had! Very expensive for european standards compared to what you get but probably fair for value for money for Capri.
Could have been better with the cleanliness. No swimming pool - not many good beaches in Capri and most are private and charge ridiculous amounts to hire chairs - 18 euros! So if you like water and somewhere to cool off prob best to book somewhere with a pool.

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a superior double room with a lovely sea view upon check-in. This place is in a fantastic spot, right next to the city square and close to the cable car. 🌊.

It was close to town
The hotel and room were out dated. An attemp was made to push two twin beds together to make a queen bed. I spent the entire night pushing the beds together. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The shower was small with corrugated plastic to keep the water from spraying into the remainder of the tiny bathroom. It was not effective.

Helpful friendly staff and good location.
Not much variety for breakfast and the beds were uncomfortable.

This hotel is ideally located, making it easy to reach the central shopping area on foot as well as the little boats at the grotto. Rooms are spacious, featuring beautiful sea views with several amenities such as a private balcony, clean bathroom, and comfortable bed. the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering excellent service and a delicious breakfast each morning.
One downside is that the decor could use some updating, which may impact the overall experience for some guests.

The staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. We had a nice room with a good view. The breakfast pastries were homemade and the best we ever had anywhere.
It took some walking to get to the hotel and it did not have an elevator.

Very friendly. They let us check in very early, which was convenient. They also accommodated us by storing our luggage after we checked out, so that we could spend the day sight-seeing before leaving the island. Extremely convenient location. Lovely view from our room and from the breakfast dining location. Exceptionally clean. Quiet. Good breakfast included. Economical rate for the area. Recommend!

The staff here were super helpful and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. 🌅 There's a funicular station nearby, which made getting around really easy. the terrace where we had breakfast was lovely. This place was the perfect home base for our trip here. 😊
